sometimes i feel like

the only place i'm comfortable is behind my camera.

and sometimes i feel like

that's the only thing people think of me as.

that girl who takes pictures. that girl with the camera.

"you still have a lot of things going for you. photography."

photography won't make you fall in love with me.

photography won't make me sing you something pretty.

it will just make you expect me to take your picture.

i'm comfortable because i just click a button.

even if i mess that up,

i can just do it again. no strings attached.

i wish life could be like photography sometimes.

making things that are falling apart into something beautiful.

getting another chance at something with the click of a button.
